K series helical bevel speed gearbox motor is designed based on modularization, which bring many difference kinds of combinations, mounting types, and structure designs. The detail classification of ratio can meet various of working condition. High Transmission efficiency, low energy consumption, superior performance. The hard tooth surface gear use the high quality alloy steel, the process of carburizing and quenching, grinding ,which give it following characters with stable transmission, low noise and temperature, high loading and long working life.
K series helical bevel gear motors /gearboxes (gear reducers) adopt two pairs of bevel gear and a pair of helical drive, make input and output providing right angle. All gears adopt alloy steel cementite quench, high hardness, good grinding capacity. K series helical bevel gear reducer can be Combined with MB speed variator with low the output speed and big torque.
