FLK F series parallel shaft helical gearbox is designed and manufactured on the basis of module combination system. With a large number of motor combinations, installation forms and structural schemes, the helical gearbox has fine transmission ratio classification, it can meet different working conditions and makes integration of mechatronics. Small size, large transmission torque, high rigidity cast iron box with crossbars, gears are made of high-quality alloy steel 20CrMnTi and the surface by carburizing and quenching treatment, hardness HRC58~62, grinding teeth fine processing 6~5 grade, stable transmission, low noise, large bearing capacity, low temperature rise, long life service.
