QZ series Wire Rope Hoist Lifting Drive System

QZ series hoist drive units from FLK Drive lift loads between 3.2 t and 40 t (Reeving 4/1, FEM 2m) with absolute safety and reliability.  The wire rope hoist lifting drive system is 3 stage parallel shaft helical geared motor with compact design, high efficiency, long shaft distance can install drum with larger diameter. The possible U-shaped mounting of the drums allows for simple and space saving mounting.

The hoist unit design is based on FEM calculations for standard lifting gear allowing safe and reliable lifting of loads from 3.2 to 40 tons in 4/1 falls. It offers specifically geared motors with brakes for direct drive of rope drums in six sizes: 3.2T (QZ3201), 6.8T (QZ5000), 12.5T (QZ12500), 20T (QZ20000), 25T (QZ25000), 40T (QZ40000).

QZ series hoist gear units are the same mounting dimensions as ABM’s.
